Mark joined the Gills on a 3 year deal last season after helping Doncaster Rovers win promotion to the Championship when they defeated Leeds United 1-0 in the Wembley League One Play-Off Final.

A strong combative attacker who although not a prolific scorer himself, holds the ball up well for others to apply the finishing touch.

He has been capped playing for Barbados and also played alongside Curtis Weston in the 2004 FA Cup Final against Manchester United.
